VLAM, together with Europatat, Bord Bia and CNIPT, want to start a joint promotion campaign to stimulate the consumption of fresh potatoes at the EU level and more specifically in their countries (Belgium (Flanders), Ireland and France) under the European Union promotion programme of agricultural products.
The objective of the campaign is to make the next generations of consumers (European young adults aged between 18-30 years) enthusiastic for fresh potatoes again, so fresh potatoes will still have a place in our kitchen in the future.
The campaign actions include a mix of promotional activities.

The minimum requirements for economic and financial capacity are:
- Having continuously employed a minimum of 10 full time staff members over a period of 3 accounting years prior to the date of publication of this tender.
- Having no (social) tax debt.
The tenderer proves his economic and financial capacity by means of:
- The necessary social documents, annual accounts and tax office declarations proving the employment data of the tenderer over the last 3 accounting years and proving the full payment of (social) taxes up to the moment of the tender publication.
-The tenderer submits a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) as a statement that there is no ground for exclusion applicable to him.
(For the Belgian tenderer, the tendering authority will digitally request for the annual accounts and tax declarations via Digiflow, hence these don't have to be submitted.)

- A list of all executed promotion campaigns over the last 5 years.
- A brief description of 3 relevant promotion campaigns executed in the recent past.
- A brief description of the network of the organisation in the target countries.
