The organizing of a point-of-sale promotion (tastings) for fresh pears (Conference) from the European Union in China. Over the period 2018-2020 we aim for a minimum of 1,500 tastings per year and this for a yearly budget of 150.000€. We expect from the agency that their service includes: practical organisation of the tastings (cooperation with the advertising agency and the importers and to supply the personnel), training/briefing of people, controls at the retail point, reporting and debriefing, rental of other tasting equipment. Timing and location will be discussed in consultation with the participating partners.
