The object of this contract is representing VISITFLANDERS in Russia, specifically in the major urban areas of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, with possible expansion to other large cities, if relevant.
The successful tenderer will contribute to stimulating the demand for and the supply of travel to Flanders and Brussels from Russia by the intended target group of cultural added-value seekers, families and young people (for leisure travel) and (for MICE) the organisation of meetings, congresses and events by associations.
To this end, the successful tenderer fulfils a general representation function and crucially undertakes specific and targeted actions towards the press and trade, very specific association partners, and, to a lesser extent directly to consumers.

The amount of the case study to be elaborated has been corrected to EUR 120,000, VAT non-inclusive, in the English translation of the specifications. A new version of the translation of the specifications has been published.
The deadline for receipt of the tenders has been postponed to 15 October, at 2:00 pm (local Belgian time).
