VLIR-UOS is launching this invitation to tender for a multiple framework contract (hereinafter "FWC") with reopening of competition to provide evaluation services. VLIR-UOS wishes to select 3 contrac-tors (each contractor = a pool of highly competent evaluators). After selection, VLIR-UOS will launch Terms of Reference for each evaluation assignment (total value of evaluations estimated at 785 000 EUR) to these 3 pools of evaluators and ask contractors to provide the curriculum vitae of the ex-perts they propose for the assignment. Final attribution of the assignment will be done on the basis of the CVs.
