The Wallonia Export - Investment Agency (namely AWEX) will organize the Wallonia - Region of Belgium pavilion at Foodex 2018, 2019 and 2020 in Tokyo.
AWEX invites booth contractors to submit their bidding for the following tender:
The installation, decoration and dismantling of the Wallonia - Region of Belgium (AWEX), the Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) and the Invest-export.brussels (BIE) pavilions, on a rental basis, all works executed according to the prevalent rules and regulations of the trade show organizer.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Wallonia Export - Investment Agency (namely AWEX) is a Belgian public institution responsible for export and investment promotion in Wallonia.
The agency will organize the Wallonia - Region of Belgium pavilion at Foodex 2018, 2019 and 2020 in Tokyo.
Simultaneously AWEX will organize the stands for the 2 other Regions of Belgium: Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) and Invest-export.brussels (BIE).
AWEX invites booth contractors to submit their bidding for the following tender:
The installation, decoration and dismantling of the Wallonia - Region of Belgium (AWEX), the Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) and the Invest-export.brussels (BIE) pavilions, on a rental basis, all works executed according to the prevalent rules and regulations of the trade show organizer.
In case the other regions of Belgium decide to join AWEX in 2019 and 2020, they will be entitled to copy the same design in order to create a common “Belgian identity”.
