Unassembled chalets may not occupy the public space for more than 3 days for lots 1 and 2 and more than one day for lots 3 and 4 and the pick-up of the chalets must occur within a maximum of 3 days for lots 1 and 2 and 1 day for lots 3 and 4.
For each lot, the assembly and disassembly can not last more than 5 days respectively.
Each tenderer shall attach to its bid, for each lot for which it is bidding, a provisional schedule setting out the number of days necessary respectively for the assembly of the chalets concerned and for their disassembly, as well as the period it schedules between delivery and the start of assembly, on the one hand, and between disassembly and pick-up, on the other hand, in accordance with the indications given above.
The schedule thus proposed must be respected during each edition of the event covered by the contract and its possible renewal.
