The datacenter outsourcing concerns the outsourcing of the IT infrastructure: housing, server, storage, back-up, networking & security, WAN connection, internet.
The workplace management services section concerns the services for managing and supporting the workplace. This includes the creation and management of the Windows platforms and applications for physical desktops/laptops and virtual desktops, mobile device management, remote and on-site first and second line support, performing on-site interventions and management of the workplace systems for telephony, e-mail, active directory, file&print.
