Under this contract, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm shall provide services for technical assistance assignments in the various building fields:

— assistance in the field of architectural and technical studies,

— assistance in the regulatory field,

— administrative assistance,

— assistance in the field of carrying out and monitoring projects.

In managing their building stock, the Committees are called upon to carry out technical and architectural implementations and/or modifications. In this context, the contractor's assignment will involve defining all the technical and architectural studies for organising the invitation to tender and obtaining the various administrative authorisations.

The studies are of different types:

— feasibility studies,

— preliminary design studies,

— design studies,

— various assessments and audits.
