Getting Started with TenderWolf

Welcome to TenderWolf! In this guide, we’ll walk you through your first steps. Within minutes, you’ll be ready to find relevant public tenders.

Creating Your Account

1. Go to app.tenderwolf.com/signup
2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Confirm your email via the link in your inbox
4. You’re ready to go!

Setting Up Your Profile

A well-configured profile ensures you only see relevant tenders. This will save you enormous amounts of time.

Sectors and CPV Codes

Go to Settings → Profile and select:

• Sectors in which you operate (construction, ICT, healthcare, etc.)
• CPV codes that match your services/products
• Regions where you want to work

Setting Up Alerts

Configure email alerts so you’re automatically notified of new tenders that match your profile:

1. Click on Alerts in the menu
2. Choose your preferred frequency (immediate, daily, weekly)
3. Select which criteria you want to follow

Finding Your First Tender

Now that your profile is set up, you can search for tenders:

Using the Search Bar

Type keywords in the search bar, for example:

• software implementation
• building renovation
• catering services

Using Filters

Use filters to refine your results:

• Status: New, Deadline approaching, Awarded
• Contracting Authority: Filter by specific organizations
• Value: Filter by contract value

Using Your Shortlist

Found an interesting tender? Add it to your shortlist:

1. Click the star icon next to the tender
2. Optionally add a label (e.g., “High priority”)
3. View all your selected tenders in My Shortlist
