The results of the overall exercise shall be presented in 2 ‘China observatory’ reports per year addressing the developments formulated under Section 2.4 of the tender specifications. In addition, they should focus on topical issues as the need arises (normally 1 specific ‘feature article’ per report), a half-day presentation of each observatory report to interested EU institutions in Brussels and Beijing and Hong Kong, 4 ‘FDI flash reports’ per year following the quarterly update of the investment database as well as ad hoc briefs.
